The OLFA 28mm RTY-1/C Quick-Change Rotary Cutter is the answer for intricate cuts and detailed shapes. The small size allows for turner tighter corners than its larger counterparts, ideal for fabric cutting or quilting projects that require small shapes or narrow strips. Also ideal for template work and cutting out patterns. This cutter features a durable handle with a blade cover for safety. Change the blade in a snap with a sliding lock to release the old blade and attach a new one.
The OLFA Tungsten steel blade provides a long-lasting sharp edge for a wide array of projects. Use the hole at the opposite end of this durable quilting tool to hang the cutter, keep your space organized and keep your best rotary cutter within reach.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Cut Fabric
Fabric that has been cut from the bolt specifically for your order is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Online Purchases
Online purchases that otherwise meet our return policy may be returned within 30 days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You may either ship your return to us at your own expense or return it in person at The Sewing Cafe during our regular store hours.
