We Service and Repair Domestic Machines

When was the last time your machine had a spa day?

We are a full service store and have a trusted technician that will service your sewing machine, regardless of the brand. Yes, we only sell Janome, but we can fix and get parts for more than just the Janome brand.

All Brands of Sewing Machines, Most Models That They Make

We recommend that machines are serviced at least every two years. If you are a more frequent sewer, your machine may need this more frequently.

Mechanical and Basic Computerized Machines

For these machines, we charge $120 +tax for the spa day treatment where the machine is professionally cleaned out, tuned up, and lubricated.

If the machine is not running as it should be, there will be a charge for any parts needed, typically these are under $30.

If you are concerned about this cost, please let us know to contact you before the repair is completed.

Advanced Computerized and Embroidery Machines

For these machines, we charge $149.99 +tax for the spa day treatment where the machine is professionally cleaned out, tuned up, and lubricated. They take a little more time and care than the more basic machines.

If the machine is not running as it should be, there will be a charge for any parts needed, typically these are under $50.

What to Expect

When you drop of your machine, you should bring:

-your power cord,

-foot pedal,

-a bobbin,

-have your regular sewing foot on, and

-if it is an embroidery machine you should have a hoop with centering guide.

For sergers and cover stitch machines, leave your machine threaded, bring your power cord/foot control and have your standard foot on.

When you drop your machine off, we are going to want to do a sew test and get a sense of what if anything needs fixing. We will track your machine by it's serial number and give you a receipt for tracking.

We bring the machine to our technician one weekend and will pick up the following weekend after the work has been completed. So keep in mind when you bring your machine in, you will be without it for that time.
