Rag Quilt Workshop

3 week duration, 3 hours per week (9 hours total). There are no make up sessions for this class, you must be available to attend all 3 sessions.

Rag quilts are the epitome of coziness and comfort, making them a favorite among quilters. Easy to make and incredibly cuddly, these quilts quickly become beloved items in any household. Many of our past participants have gone on to create multiple rag quilts as their families can't get enough of their soft, snugly warmth. Nothing says love like cuddling in a homemade quilt.

Class requirements:

This adult (18 +) quilt camp is suitable for confident beginner sewists who knows how to thread a sewing machine and sew a straight line.

You will need:

• Rotary cutter
• Quilting ruler at least 6" x 24".  The ideal ruler for this project is 8.5" x 24", but 6"x24" or 6.5" x 24" will work just fine if that is what you have.
• Seam ripper

Fabrics, thread and pattern to complete a 49" x 63" (7 x 9 blocks) are included in the cost of the workshop.
