Quilted Coat Class: Part 1 & 2

Join Tammy Christiansen and Linda Clark in this fun 2 part class.

In the first section, we make a "Postcard from Sweden" by Kelly Liddle of Jeli Quilts over 3 evenings (there will be homework). You will then leave that completed top with Tammy for longarming over the Christmas holidays she must have it by store close on Dec. 28th so she has time to quilt it for the 2nd part. Where she will not only quilt your quilt for you, but also stitch your quilted coat pattern directly onto your quilt for you! 

When we come back in the winter for part 2, Linda Clark will take the lead and teach us how to take that quilted piece and construct the quilted coat. You'll appreciate her expert guidance in sewing those sleeves into to the coat. Make it reversible or not, with a hood or a collar, the choice is yours.

The fabric is not included in the cost of this class, you'll need a quilt kit You can pre-order the Kona Cotton Postcard from Sweden HERE, or the pattern requires 35 fat quarters and a 1/2 meter of fabric.

The cost of longarming and the teacher's time is included.
