New Janome machines includes a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Open-box and demo machines are excluded and include a 1-year warranty, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
Return Policy Machine
Sewing Machine, Serger, Coverstitch & Embroidery Machine Returns
Sewing machines, sergers, coverstitch machines, and embroidery machines may be returned within 30 days of purchase only if the box remains unopened.
Once the box has been opened, the machine is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For an unopened machine to be eligible for return, the original box and packaging must also be in clean, undamaged, sellable condition, with no significant dents, tears, holes, or other damage.
Machines that have been opened or have damaged packaging will not be accepted for return.
